Gift
Vouchers
Metrojaya
Gift Vouchers are the ideal gift for any occasion. Available in denominations of
RM10, RM25, RM50 and RM100, with a one-year validity, they can be used at all
Metrojaya Department stores and all specialty stores: EIC, Living Quarters,
Somerset Bay, Reject Shop and Cosmart. Any corporation or organisation
will be given discounts for bulk purchases exceeding RM1,000 - more>>.
Institutional
Orders
Metrojaya
encourages bulk purchases of merchandise by corporations or organisations. A
credit term of 14 days and special discount rates of up to 10% may apply,
depending on the purchase amount.
Wedding
Gift Service (available at MV, BBP, BTS)
Soon-to-wed
couples can now make their selection of wedding gifts from a wish list specially
provided by Metrojaya and send it off with their wedding invitations. Guests
enjoy the convenience of visiting Metrojaya to purchase wedding gifts that they
know the happy couple will really appreciate and cherish. Free wrapping of gifts
is also provided.
Baby
Gift Service (available at MV, BBP)
To
help mothers-to-be prepare for the joyful arrival of the newborn, we have put
together some baby gift ideas and a shopping guide with free wrapping to make
your baby gift extra special!
Gift
Wrapping Service
Free
wrapping is provided for any purchases made at Metrojaya stores with Metrojaya's
complimentary wrapping paper, gift box and gift card. However, customers may
also choose from the wide selection of attractive gift wrapping on sale in the
store. Should you request additional gift boxes, a small charge is necessary.
Delivery
Service (available Monday to Saturday during office hours)
Free
delivery within the Klang Valley is available for purchases of RM800 and above.
For purchases below this amount, a small charge is necessary as follows:

Within
4 km of the store: RM10 per delivery

Within
7 km of the store: RM15 per delivery

Within
10 km of the store: RM20 per delivery
Delivery
to destinations more than 10 km away from the store will be subject to
additional charges and the delivery schedules of the transport vehicles.
Customers are requested to allow 2 days for delivery.
Goods
return/exchange
Goods
purchased can be returned or exchanged at all Metrojaya stores within one week,
provided that goods are in good condition and are returned with receipts
attached. This service does not apply to undergarments. The refund will be made
in the form of a credit voucher which is valid for one month and can be used at
any Metrojaya store.
